Welcome to the Tassajara Hills Elementary (T.H.E.) School Spirit Wear Website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. **Order Placement and Payment**

- All orders must be placed through our website during the designated pre-order period.

- Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after the pre-order period has closed.

 

3. **Production and Delivery**

- Spirit wear items are custom-made based on the orders received during the pre-order period.

- Production will commence immediately after the pre-order period closes, with completion guaranteed by **September 15, 2024**.

- Orders will be delivered to Tassajara Hills Elementary School by **September 16, 2024**, and distributed to students and families through the school.

 

4. **Shipping and Handling**

- All orders are delivered directly to Tassajara Hills Elementary School. No shipping to personal addresses is available.

- The school will handle the distribution of spirit wear to students and families.

 

5. **Returns and Exchanges**

- Due to the custom nature of spirit wear, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

 

6. **Privacy Policy**

- We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for order fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties.
